April 7th Food Intake

7am - 2 scrambled eggs - 1/2 cup of trim cottage cheese
11ish hand full of trail mix
Lunch - 2 fresh spring rolls & beef Pho broth (no noodles)
hand full of dry roasted almonds
Dinner 6pm - pork chop browned in olive oil & sauted zukini
Weighed in today at 155
Goal weight 127
28 lbs to loose :(
