3 scrambled eggs w/ diced unions green peppers and a little salt
snack mixed nuts and berries a hand full
Lunch - chicken taco salad with out the shell and no ranch dressing light light cheese
snack - mixed nuts and berries
Dinner - Grilled Chicken breast with sauteed (in olive oil) onions and asparagus
8pm - nuts and berries snack again
Supplements - flax seed oil pill and a multi vidimin
